Loving this corner!

I MUST have a corner like this in my verandah, one day....I love the exposed bricks, the casual setting, the chairs and the lovely wooden table. And the gorgeous lights. I am seeing myself sitting here with lots of  decor magazines and a giant cup of coffee. Oh! Add a brownie too.

Sunny outdoors

Its really cold these days and as much as I am loving it, I am also longing for some sun...the other day God decided to be kind and we got some sun. Not the types to be wasting such a wonderful opportunity, we took the lil one to the park with picnic basket in row. Several homemade chicken sandwiches, chocochip muffins and a flask full of hot coffee later, we found our way back home. Ever since the sun is missing ;( If you happen to meet him, please direct him to my home...please...

And these lovely sunny porches/ balconies/outdoor rooms are not helping me either! Alas, will enjoy these pics till then.

Urlis...not just one!!

Come Diwali...and all of us start thinking of urlis we want to buy and flowers and candles we'd like to float in them. They are just so versatile and always add that special touch to our homes...festivals or otherwise.

So, when i came across this oh-so-very-gorgeous brass urlis in so many different sizes (Just see the biggest one..whoa!!), chained to this warm golden yellow garden wall, i just had to share this with you.

What a lovely idea!! Who says urlis are only for festivals ???
