Once upon a time, I was an omelette pan

So I had this pan that had been really good to my family & me. Made us many many square & fluffy omelettes and had lived its life pretty well. It was time for the old guy to retire.

Me being me. I couldn't part it with it. And I turned it into a wall clock for my kitchen.

Drilled a hole, fixed the clock machinery and painted it a bright orange & pink.

Hmm...

And now it sits pretty on my kitchen wall. Like it?

Thats a super idea ! I might try it myself. How easy is it to fix the clock machinery? can I do it myself or will I need to hire a professional ?

BIG thank you to everyone who appreciated my little DIY and now for those tons of questions :)

Sharon & Patty : Some day...some day...

Purnima : Oh..not vintage at all. You get it everywhere here. I like it because it makes me an omelette the shape of my bread slice...easy to assemble. Got another one as soon as this one was made into a clock:)

Chica : Its extremely easy...i just assembled the whole thing & applied some heavy duty glue at the back

Nags : Yes, pretty easy to get. Most watch stores of the smaller types where they sell big clocks & alarm clocks & do repair work retail this as a complete kit.
