Our very own utensil stand

Pleasantly surprised to see the very very Indian utensil stand in Holly Becker's new book, Decorate. There was a time when all Indian kitchens had it,now of course modular kitchens have replaced them.

Here it is being used as part stand - part pantry :) Don't miss the flowers.

It looks lovely with all the colorful accessories. What a change from the traditional stainless-steel plate and glass holder. I love this new, updated version!

This is lovely . Everything Indian is IN :-) these days. Just like how I showed Roti Chaklas becoming charger plates. I am curious what more is making way to this part of the world.
